An optional horseback riding experience at Southern Cross Guest Ranch is available for guests ages 8+. No matter if you are a beginner wanting to ride with a guide lazily across beautiful open pastures or a more experienced rider, ready to trot or lope through lush wooded trails, the Ranch has a ride to suit your experience level. To register, visit Southern Cross Guest Ranch and select December 7 at 2:15pm as your excursion date and time.

Costs for a horseback ride range from $69 to $99 per person, depending on the age of the rider and duration of the ride selected. All costs are the responsibility of the attendee.

The Madison-Morgan Cultural Center gives visitors access to a charming collection of some of the city’s finest, most architecturally-significant historic homes through this self-guided tour that showcases some of the most beautifully preserved antebellum homes decorated in their festive holiday best.  To register, go to Visit Madison and select December 7 as your excursion date. You may start the self-guided tour any time between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

Tickets are $30 per person (early bird registration until November 30) and all costs are the responsibility of the attendee.
